Briefing

Layer: Tactical | PDCA: Plan & Do | Duration: 1–2 hours | Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly

Participants: Team Leader, Team Members

The Briefing translates the Matrix into weekly action. The Team Leader reads the team objectives, and together with the Members, assigns tasks on the Board.

Inputs

• Team Matrix (from Planning)
• Previous Debriefing outcomes and adjustments

Outputs

• Tasks assigned per objective on the Board (to-do, doing)
• Clear understanding of priorities for the cycle

Key Principles

• Every task traces back to a Matrix objective
• Workload is balanced across the team
• The Board is updated in real time, not after the meeting
